You are free to use your exported artwork for:

• Commercial client design projects and mockups
• Digital content, social banners, and editorial illustrations
• Hardware marketing showcases and physical prints

Wallpaper Lab claims no copyright, ownership, royalty, or licensing claims over artworks rendered by you through our procedural engine.

3. Intellectual Property of the Application

Unless otherwise indicated, the website itself, including all source code, software architecture, UI components, brand assets, logos, and mathematical generator algorithms ("Content"), are our proprietary property or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

4. User Representations & Prohibited Conduct

By using Wallpaper Lab, you represent and warrant that:

• You will not systematically retrieve data or content from the website to create or compile a collection, database, or directory without written permission from us.
• You will not use any automated script, robot, spider, or scraper to overburden our hosting infrastructure.
• You will not attempt to impersonate another user or interfere with the normal operation of the web studio.
